No need to prime
Mix with SILOKSAN GEL to eliminate the need for separate priming. Simply add 1 litre of SILOKSAN GEL to 9 Litres of SILOKSAN FACADE and stir thoroughly. Mix with SILOKSAN GEL to eliminate the need for a separate priming coat, and for even better adhesion on almost all mineral surfaces such as rough cast render that has had sufficient drying time of approx. 6 - 8 weeks depending on depth of render.

SILOKSAN FACADE is a water-borne, permeable, water-repellent paint based on silicone emulsion. It will withstand harsh climates, UV rays and heat. The surface of the paint film repels water, protecting the mineral structure, whilst being breathable to permit the normal movement of structural moisture. The paint is light and easy to apply, and evens out well.  Spreading rate: 4-6 m2/l. Suitable for brickwork, plaster, lime, concrete and mineral composite panels. Re-coat in 2-3 hours. No separate primer required when you mix with SILOKSAN GEL. Available in full matt. Tint to thousands of colours. Pack sizes: 2.7L and 9L

APPLICATION: Stir thoroughly before use. Can be applied by brush, roller or airless paint sprayer, Suitable airless tip size 0.017 - 0.021".
 
APPLICATION CONDITIONS:  The surface to be treated must be dry. During the application and drying period (note also the temperature of the night following the application) the temperature of the ambient air, the surface and the product shall be above +10°C and the relative air humidity below 80%. If the temperature of the surface to be painted exceeds +40°C, the application properties and the adhesion of the paint may deteriorate. Additionally, the temperature of the surface to be treated and the product must be at least +3°C above the dew point of the ambient air.
