Returns Policy
All of our paints and sundries are made to the highest quality and rigorous testing. In the rare instance of a quality issue or shipping damage, this page outlines or refund policy.
Returns
You can return any unused product to The Paint Shop Cornwall in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. This right to return does not apply to bespoke products such as mixed paint which is made to order.
Returns via courier
To arrange collection, please contact us Sales - Paint Shop Cornwall with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will arrange a return label with our preferred courier. Please note that there will be a charge payable by you for this service. Goods returned must be received back to us in saleable condition. The best way to do this is to reuse the original packaging and if necessary use additional protection.
Faulty items
If an item is faulty, it is our aim to get the problem put right as quickly as possible. Depending on the circumstances, you’ll be entitled to refund or replacement. If you think your item is faulty, please contact us Sales - Paint Shop Cornwall
Exchanges
We’ll ship your requested item right away. If your requested item isn’t in stock, we’ll contact you to offer you an alternative or refund. If there’s a difference in price, we’ll refund you or get in touch for payment.
If you require an alternative item as quickly as possible, we would suggest placing a new order and send the original back to us for a refund rather than an exchange.
Refunds
For security reasons we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order.
