Suitable surfaces: Interior wooden floors, wooden stairs and fibreboard flooring in residential, commercial and storage spaces subject to light to moderate mechanical and chemical exposure.
Preparation: Ensure the floor is clean, dry and sound. Remove dirt, grease, loose paint and other contaminants. Sand the surface as necessary and remove all dust before painting. Previously coated floors should be checked for adhesion and compatibility; test a small area if the existing finish is uncertain.
Application: Stir the paint thoroughly before use. Apply evenly using a suitable brush or roller, following the manufacturer's application guidance. Allow the first coat to dry before applying the next coat, typically after approximately two hours in suitable conditions.
Drying and curing: The paint becomes dust-dry in around 15 minutes and is generally ready for light mechanical use the following day. Full hardness and abrasion resistance develop over approximately two weeks. Avoid heavy furniture, rugs and other items that restrict drying during the first week.
