You can return any unused product to us in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. This right to return does not apply to bespoke products such as mixed paint, which is made to order.
If an item is faulty, it is our aim to get the problem put right as quickly as possible. Depending on the circumstances, you'll be entitled to a refund and replacement. If you think your item is faulty, please contact us
