Tikkurila Betolux Floor Paint
Betolux is a versatile solvent-based, single pack, floor paint for use on concrete, wood and steel. For untreated new concrete use Betolux Akva Primer to seal and prepare the surface for paint
For new and previously painted surfaces. Suited to light industrial use, factories, walkways, ramps and steps. Resistant to cleaning agents, chemical and impact damage.
Not recommended for residential garages.
Using Tikkurila Betolux
Betolux is a solvent based floor paint, keep all working areas ventilated during application.
Follow the manufacturers guidelines for drying, recoat and usage times.
Tikkurila Betolux is a solvent-based product so brushes and rollers will need to be cleaned with white spirits or suitable cleaning agent at the end of the project.
How To Apply Betolux
Preparation - Ensure surfaces are clean and dust free. For painting new (unpainted) concrete use Tikkurila Betolux Primer first to seal the concrete and prime the surface for paint
Brush - A brush such as a 1.5" or 2.5" is ideal
Roller - Use a 4" or 12" medium pile roller
Pro-Tips - Paint all of the edges first, then start at the furthest point away and work your way backwards to the access door .
