For use on new and previously painted surfaces. Siloksan Facade is very permeable, water repellent, UV resistant and can withstand extreme weather conditions. No priming or sealing is required for fresh surfaces when Siloksan Gel is added to the paint.
Using Siloksan Facade
TEKNOS Siloksan Facade is a premium water-based exterior masonry paint with strong opacity. Siloksan Facade can be used on new and previously painted surfaces, please take advice from our team in-store regarding the use of Siloksan Gel for new untreated surfaces. Brushes and rollers can be simply washed with soapy water.
How To Apply Siloksan Facade
Brush - Use a quality 2" or 3" brush.
Roller - Use a medium or long pile masonry roller.
Airless Paint Spraying - We recommend either a 517 or 517 spray tip.
Pro-Tips - Ensure surfaces are dry prior to application. Apply a fungicidal wash prior to painting if required. Follow manufacturers guidelines for recoat times.
